You have a proactive and motivational leadership/ management style with a knack for expanding talent and getting the job done right in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. You can handle administrative duties, conflicts, compliance, inventory, and financial goals. You work well under pressure, is organized, flexible, self-motivated, reliable, and willing to work long hours. You have an Associates Degree, Culinary Degree or higher. You have previous experience with Japanese cuisine (preferred, but not essential). You have 2+ years of proven experience working in a similar role (Restaurant Manager, Hospitality Manager, Bar Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager, Assistant General Manager, etc.). You also possess all the other important attributes and skills that will make you the best Restaurant Manager that you can be.
