About the JobWe are seeking a dedicated Food & Beverage Manager to join our team at The Seagate. This role is responsible for overseeing front-of-house operations across the resort s dining outlets, ensuring seamless service and exceptional guest experiences. The Food & Beverage Manager will provide strong leadership to the service team, collaborate with culinary leadership, and drive performance and revenue goals while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and professionalism.
What You Do:
Exceed service quality standards to enhance member satisfaction; promptly address member inquiries or issues, ensuring thorough follow-up and resolution.

Lead hiring, training, and counseling of front-of-house food and beverage personnel, ensuring timely onboarding of new hires.

Maintain control over budgeted beverage and labor costs, achieving projected operating revenues.

Directly supervise restaurant, banquet, and beverage staff, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.

Develop and implement procedures to optimize departmental operations.

Uphold departmental dress code and grooming standards.

Manage cash handling responsibilities, including maintaining change banks and ensuring accurate daily deposits.

Report safety hazards and emergencies, recommending improvements to enhance safety and prevent accidents.

Enforce employee handbook rules and regulations consistently.

Communicate effectively in a clear, grammatically correct, pleasant, and sincere manner.

Understand and promptly fulfill requests with creativity and efficiency.

Maintain an outgoing, friendly, and patient demeanor while handling multiple requests with accuracy and timeliness.

Adhere to and promote The Seagate policies and exercise sound judgment at all times.

Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

What You Bring to the
Table:
3-5 years of experience in overall Food & Beverage operations.

Prior hospitality industry experience is essential.

High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor s degree preferred.

Flexibility to work long hours, weekends, nights, and holidays as necessary.

Ability to stand, walk for extended periods, and lift, carry, or push objects up to fifty pounds; capable of handling carts weighing up to 250 pounds.
