Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Food and Beverage Manager to lead our dynamic dining operations. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of food and beverage service, ensuring exceptional customer experiences across various settings, including casual dining, fine dining, catering, and bar services. Your leadership will drive team performance, uphold food safety standards, manage budgets, and foster a welcoming environment that delights guests and motivates staff. Responsibilities Lead and supervise daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and staff management to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality guest experiences Oversee inventory control processes, including ordering, stock management, and waste reduction to optimize profitability Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling procedures Train, develop, and mentor staff on food safety standards, customer service excellence, and operational procedures to foster a motivated team environment Coordinate shift management by assigning duties, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with health regulations and safety protocols Implement food production standards across all outlets including casual dining, fine dining, catering, bars, and banquet services Conduct interviews for new hires and participate in hiring decisions to build a skilled team aligned with company values Monitor budget adherence by controlling costs related to food purchasing, labor hours, and operational expenses Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in kitchens and dining areas Collaborate with culinary teams on menu development and special event planning to enhance guest satisfaction Skills Extensive experience in food service management within quick service & fast food restaurants or hospitality environments Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen management practices Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction processing Proven ability in inventory control, budgeting, and cost management within the food industry Excellent leadership skills with experience supervising teams in restaurant or hotel settings Skilled in staff training & development with a focus on food safety & quality standards Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs effectively Experience managing shift operations in casual dining or fine dining environments including banquet or catering services Knowledge of food handling regulations and safety protocols across various culinary settings Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Join us as our Food and Beverage Manager if you're passionate about creating memorable dining experiences!
