for accurate order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures across all departments. Conduct staff training sessions on food preparation, customer service techniques, and operational procedures. Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a positive dining experience for all guests. Requirements Proven experience in quick service & fast food restaurant management or casual dining environments with a strong background in food preparation and kitchen management. Demonstrated supervisory experience with team management, staff training, and interviewing skills. Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; proficient in cash handling and basic math for financial transactions. Knowledge of food safety management practices, inventory control, and food production processes. Experience in managing hospitality teams within restaurant management or food service management roles. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams, manage shift schedules, and oversee kitchen operations effectively. Excellent communication skills suited for managerial roles in hospitality settings; ability to handle customer service issues professionally. Background in culinary or food industry experience; fine dining or banquet experience is a plus. Ability to analyze profit and loss statements, assist with budgeting, and support training & development initiatives.
