Job Description

Introduction:
The Hen and The Hog Restaurant, South Florida's premiere Brunch Restaurant. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team and assist in the day-to-day operations of our business. The Assistant Manager will be responsible fkr overseeing the Front of the house. Hiring, traing and ensuring all SOP'S are being adhered to.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership and problem-solving skills and be able to adapt to changing business needs.
EXCELLENT WORKING ENVIRONMENT AS WE ARE A BRUNCH RESTAURANT.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a management role Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Ability to adapt to changing business needs Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong financial management skills
