You'll partner with your District Manager to drive results, develop leaders, and bring bold food and warm hospitality to life every day. What You'll Do Own the restaurant by driving sales, profitability, and operational excellence Set the guest experience standard through fast, friendly service and thoughtful issue resolution Build and develop leaders by hiring, coaching, and supporting management and hourly teams Protect the brand and performance by managing labor, inventory, compliance, and local engagement What You'll Bring 18+ with a High School Diploma or GED (2 years of college preferred) 1-2 years of restaurant management experience Strong understanding of P&L management and the drivers of restaurant profitability Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop others Strong guest service instincts and problem-solving ability Ability to prioritize work, manage time effectively, and lead in a fast-paced environment Why You'll Love It Here
