This is a full time position at Islamorada Brewery & Distillery, a busy cocktail bar environment in a company with a lot of growth potential for an energetic go-getter. As a manager at this location you would be expected to:

• lead team members to perform to our high service standards, following training and staffing SOPs for service staff, kitchen team, and support staff
• upkeep the facility including overseeing organization and maintenance, ordering, FIFO, and pars
• participate actively in social media Some weekend work every weekend will be required.

You should be familiar with "how things work" in Islamorada and the Keys broadly, such as different seasonal traffic patterns, event trends, the coconut telegraph, etc, as well as bartending, serving craft beer and cocktails, food service — some experience in this area is absolute must.

You should be:

• self starter, planner, Jill or Jack-of-all-trades type
• interested in being a cheerleader and team leader for staff and new best friend to all our customers
• take charge type who can absorb ideas and run with them We offer:
