Responsibilities Lead all aspects of daily restaurant operations. Build, coach, and develop a strong management team and hourly staff. Deliver exceptional guest experiences every day. Drive sales while controlling labor, food, and beverage costs. Manage scheduling, staffing levels, and overtime. Analyze financial reports and implement action plans to improve profitability. Maintain the highest standards of food quality, cleanliness, and hospitality. Recruit, hire, train, and retain top talent. Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with all company policies, food safety standards, and local regulations. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of restaurant management experience, with General Manager experience preferred. Proven success leading high-volume, full-service restaurants. Strong understanding of labor management, food and beverage cost controls, and financial reporting. Experience with scheduling systems and restaurant POS platforms (Toast and Sling experience is a plus). Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Hands-on management style with a passion for coaching and developing people. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business demands.
