The Whale Harbor Group Restaurants is seeking an experienced, energetic, and hospitality-driven Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences, developing high-performing teams, and driving operational excellence, we'd love to meet you.

With multiple successful restaurant concepts including Wahoo's Seafood Bar & Grill, Flagler Station Steakhouse, and Hog Heaven Sports Bar & Grill plus exciting new projects underway, this is an outstanding opportunity to build a long-term career with one of the Florida Keys' fastest-growing hospitality groups.

What You'll DoLead daily front and back-of-house operations.

Inspire, coach, and develop team members through hands-on leadership.

Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally.

Control labor, food, beverage, and operating costs while maximizing profitability.

Recruit, interview, hire, and train new employees.

Ensure compliance with company standards, health department regulations, and food safety procedures.

Monitor inventory, ordering, and product quality.

Analyze daily sales, labor, and operational reports to identify opportunities for improvement.

Build a positive culture focused on accountability, teamwork, and hospitality.

Execute promotions, events, and seasonal initiatives while maintaining operational excellence.

QualificationsMinimum 3 years of restaurant management experience.

Full-service restaurant experience required.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Proven ability to motivate teams and drive results.

Experience managing labor, food cost, inventory, and P&L performance.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Strong guest recovery and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of POS systems (Toast experience is a plus).Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
