Assistant General Manager — Brooklyn Water Bagel, Jensen Beach We're opening a Brooklyn Water Bagel in Jensen Beach, and we're looking for an Assistant Manager to help open it. Opening a brand-new store is a special thing. You'd help build the team, set the standard on the floor, and welcome the first guests through the door. We bake our bagels fresh in-house every day, pour good coffee, and care a lot about the people who work with us. If being part of something from day one sounds exciting to you, we'd really like to talk. We're a fast-casual breakfast and lunch spot, so it's a daytime kind of place. The mornings start early, but the days have a rhythm we think you'll enjoy. More than anything, we believe in taking care of our people. When the team feels supported, that care shows up in how we treat our guests. We'll look out for you, and this is a real path to running your own store. What the role looks like Running shifts: your guests, your team, your standards on the floor Helping hire, train, and develop the opening crew Managing food cost, labor, and inventory on your shifts Keeping the bake program fresh every morning Stepping in for the GM when they're out What we're looking for 2+ years in restaurant management or a shift lead role Comfort leading a team and keeping production on track Bakery or fast-casual experience is a plus A ServSafe Food Manager cert, or the willingness to earn one A genuine love for hospitality and for developing people Driver's license and insurance (the role includes deposits and offsite runs) Openness to early mornings, weekends, and holidays What we offer $50,000 to $60,000 a year, plus performance bonus Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and paid training Employee discount and a daytime schedule Why this one A brand-new store, a team you help build, and a clear runway to GM as we grow.
