General Manager - Michelin Restaurant Miami Beach, FL $75,000-$95,000 + Incentives & Benefits We're partnered with a Michelin restaurant in Miami Beach looking for an experienced General Manager to lead the operation and team. This is a highly hospitality-driven environment where service, attention to detail, and guest experience are everything. We're looking for a polished, hands-on leader who understands the expectations of fine dining and can lead a team to consistently deliver at a high level. What You'll Be Doing Leading all day-to-day restaurant operations Leading, coaching, and developing the FOH team Creating a strong culture of accountability, teamwork, and excellence Managing staffing, scheduling, labour, and operational performance Building strong relationships with guests and developing a loyal clientele Supporting financial performance, cost controls, and overall profitability What We're Looking For MUST have previous fine dining restaurant management experience Michelin experience is highly preferred Level Two Sommelier Certification required; Previous General Manager or senior restaurant leadership experience Strong understanding of elevated service and hospitality standards Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams Polished, personable, and confident on the floor Strong operational and financial understanding
