Job Overview Join our dynamic team as an Assistant Kitchen/Seafood Manager, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences and ensuring smooth kitchen operations. Responsibilities Assist in managing daily kitchen operations, focusing on seafood preparation and presentation to ensure top-quality dishes. Supervise food production processes, maintaining consistency and adherence to safety standards across all kitchen activities. Support inventory control efforts by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards. Collaborate with management on shift management, budgeting, and operational improvements to enhance overall restaurant performance. Requirements Proven experience in seafood preparation, cooking or kitchen management within a quick service restaurant setting. Strong knowledge of seafood handling, culinary techniques, and food safety practices. Previous supervisory or assistant management experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment. Ability to manage inventory control, budgeting, and shift scheduling efficiently.
Pay:
$600.00 - $1,000.00 per week
