Position Summary Fortuna Bakery is seeking a bilingual Shift Manager (Líder de Turno) to support the Store Manager in overseeing the daily operations of our Lake Mary location. In this leadership role, you will help ensure exceptional customer service, maintain quality and cleanliness standards, and provide guidance and support to the team throughout each shift. This is a hands-on position that leads by example while helping create a positive and efficient work environment. What You'll Do Supervise daily operations during assigned shifts. Support the team during busy service periods to ensure smooth operations. Resolve operational and customer service issues promptly and professionally. Ensure all assigned tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and respect. Deliver an exceptional customer experience at every interaction. Handle customer concerns and complaints with professionalism and care. Ensure team members maintain a positive, customer-focused attitude. Jump in to assist with customer service and daily operations whenever needed. Required Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish. Strong leadership and customer service skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment. Reliable, dependable, and able to lead by example. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays as needed. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a shift leader, supervisor, or management role. Experience working in a bakery, café, restaurant, or other food service environment. Compensation, Benefits & More Compensation Hourly pay: $18.00 an hour- 1099 Schedule Full-time. Flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require. Location Lake Mary, FL (On-site).
