General Manager Zieg Hospitality Corporation dba EVEN an IHG Hotel Sarasota Lakewood Ranch, FL Full-time Full-time General Manager - EVEN Hotel Sarasota We are looking for a strong, hands-on General Manager to lead the EVEN Hotel Sarasota. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to take ownership of a hotel, build a strong team, improve the guest experience, and help reposition the property for long-term success. We need a leader who is visible, organized, accountable, and excited about creating a hotel culture that feels positive, professional, and guest-focused. The right person will be comfortable leading daily operations, supporting sales and revenue strategy, managing expenses, developing department heads, and keeping the hotel moving in the right direction. This is not a sit-behind-the-desk role. We are looking for someone who is present with the team, understands the numbers, and knows how to create momentum. You will oversee the day-to-day operation of the hotel, including front office, housekeeping, maintenance, food and beverage, guest service, brand standards, financial performance, and team development. You will work closely with ownership and corporate leadership to drive revenue, control costs, improve guest satisfaction, and make sure the hotel is operating with consistency and pride. What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who: Has hotel leadership experience, preferably as a General Manager, Assistant General Manager, or strong operations leader Understands hotel financials, labor management, guest service, and brand standards Can lead and hold people accountable Is comfortable being hands-on and visible with the team and guests Communicates clearly and follows through Can build structure, improve processes, and create a better operating rhythm Has experience with IHG or lifestyle/select-service hotels preferred, but not required Why This Role Is Exciting The EVEN Hotel Sarasota has a lot of opportunity ahead.
