• Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts
• Manage and lead a team of employees to ensure smooth workflow
• Train, coach, and develop staff members

• Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the restaurant
• Assist in scheduling and conducting interviews for new hires

• Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the food service industry, preferably in a managerial role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Proficiency in shift management and restaurant operations
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
