Duties Supervise daily bar operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels. Train and mentor bar staff on service standards, cocktail preparation, and customer engagement. Collaborate with the kitchen management team to create complementary drink menus that enhance food offerings. Develop and implement promotional strategies to increase bar sales and customer satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure a positive dining experience. Assist in interviewing and hiring new staff members to build a strong team.
