Full-Time Restaurant/Bar Manager

• High-Volume Beach Landmark | Madeira Beach, FL We are interviewing for a full-time Restaurant Manager for our landmark restaurant in Madeira Beach, FL.

We are a high-volume, full-service restaurant with live entertainment and a loyal mix of locals and beach tourists. We are busy year-round and even busier in season. We are looking for a hands-on leader who loves a fast floor, developing people, and creating a great guest experience. This role reports to the General Manager / Owner. Pay and bonus structure is listed in the compensation section of this ad.

What You Will Own:

Floor Leadership:

Run high-volume shifts, lead open / close, and be present on the floor during peak service

Team Development:

Hire, train, coach, schedule, and motivate FOH team. Build a positive, accountable culture

Guest Experience:

Own service standards, handle guest recovery, and build regulars at a landmark beach location

Operations:

Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance. Support inventory, labor control, and daily reporting

Sales:

Drive sales through service, upselling, and smooth execution with our live entertainment schedule

What You Bring:

Experience as Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, KM, or strong Shift Lead ready to step up Full-service restaurant experience preferred. High-volume experience preferred but not required

Beach restaurants are busiest when everyone else is off ServSafe / Food Handler certification a plus, not required Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
