What You'll Do Lead all aspects of daily restaurant operations while maintaining exceptional brand standards. Recruit, train, motivate, and develop a winning team. Create a welcoming, guest-focused culture that keeps customers coming back. Implement programs and local initiatives that increase sales and profitability. Partner with company leadership and fellow General Managers to identify opportunities and grow the business. Work alongside your team and lead by example in every area of the restaurant. What We're Looking For At least two years of General Manager experience in a quick-service restaurant. A proven track record of increasing sales and delivering strong guest satisfaction. A passion for operational excellence, systems, and brand standards. Strong leadership, communication, and team-development skills. A hands-on work ethic and willingness to jump in wherever needed.
