Full-Time About the Role We're looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager to help lead daily operations and support our management team in delivering an excellent customer experience. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to grow into a larger leadership role. Responsibilities Support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, staffing, and budgets Recruit, train, and develop team members Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control Step in to manage the location in the GM's absence Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally Analyze sales and performance data to identify areas for improvement Help create and maintain a positive, productive work culture Qualifications 2+ years of management or supervisory experience (industry-specific experience a plus) Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to multitask and problem-solve under pressure Proficiency with POS systems, scheduling software, and basic reporting tools Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred Benefits Competitive salary: $75,000/year How to Apply Interested candidates should submit a resume and brief cover letter outlining relevant experience.
