Restaurant Manager Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club in Miromar Lakes, is seeking a full-time restaurant manager for Miromar Lakes Beach Club. The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the dining room, ensuring seamless service, staff performance, and guest satisfaction. This role requires a polished leader with a strong background in fine dining service standards and team leadership.

Requirements:

Previous Experience Country Club/Membership preferred Minimum 3 years of management experience in an upscale or fine dining environment. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Deep understanding of food, wine, and beverage service. Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, high-standard setting. Knowledge of POS systems and reservation management tools.
