Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Restaurant Manager to lead our vibrant dining establishment. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and foster a positive team environment. Your leadership will drive operational excellence, maintain high standards of food safety and quality, and create memorable experiences for our guests. Duties Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and food preparation oversight Lead and motivate a diverse team through effective training, coaching, and development initiatives to ensure top-tier service delivery Oversee food safety protocols, ensuring compliance with health regulations and proper food handling procedures Supervise kitchen management, food production, and quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of culinary excellence Handle cash management and POS system operations using Aloha POS or Micros POS platforms for accurate transactions Monitor shift performance, address customer concerns promptly, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for guests Coordinate with catering, banquet services, or bar operations as needed to support overall restaurant success Skills Extensive experience in food service management within quick service & fast food restaurants or fine dining environments Strong leadership skills with proven supervising experience in hospitality or restaurant settings Proficiency in POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; adept at cash handling and transaction accuracy Knowledge of inventory control, food safety standards, and kitchen management practices Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues efficiently and professionally Ability to train staff effectively in food preparation, food handling, and service techniques Experience with budgeting, shift management, and staff interviewing to build high-performing teams Background in culinary arts or kitchen experience preferred; hospitality management or hotel experience is a plus Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Join us as a Restaurant Manager where your leadership will inspire teams, elevate guest experiences, and contribute to the ongoing success of our vibrant dining community!

$40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
