The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management and hospitality, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our team operates efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and service. Duties Lead and manage all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including staff management, budgeting, and cash handling. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and improve overall service quality. Oversee the hiring, training, and development of staff to ensure a motivated and skilled team. Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain operational efficiency. Monitor financial performance, including sales, expenses, and profitability metrics. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations as well as company policies. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration among staff members. Lead by example with a great attitude! Utilize Toast POS system for efficient order processing and cash management. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Requirements Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the hospitality industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on enhancing guest experiences. Proficient in cash handling procedures and budgeting practices. Knowledge of culinary practices is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems is advantageous. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by business needs. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges in operations.
