Job Description
3 Pepper Burrito Company is a growing fast-casual restaurant group with locations across Southwest Florida. We focus on fresh food, fast service, and a strong team culture where leadership and reliability matter every shift. We are seeking a Shift Lead to support daily operations and help guide the team during service. This role acts as an assistant manager on shift, helping ensure smooth operations, high-quality food, and excellent guest experiences. Responsibilities include supervising team members, supporting training, handling customer concerns, maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards, and assisting with opening and closing duties. The ideal candidate is dependable, hands-on, and comfortable leading by example in a fast-paced environment. Prior restaurant experience is preferred, with leadership or shift supervision experience being a strong plus
