Duties Lead and manage all restaurant operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and staff supervision to ensure high-quality guest experiences. Oversee inventory control, food safety compliance, and food handling procedures to maintain operational excellence. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing, cash handling, and sales reporting. Supervise kitchen activities including cooking, food production, and catering services to meet quality standards. Train, develop, and motivate staff through effective onboarding, ongoing training & development programs, and performance evaluations. Handle shift management responsibilities by scheduling staff efficiently to meet customer demand during peak hours. Monitor budgeting processes, control costs, and optimize resource allocation to achieve financial targets. Ensure compliance with health regulations, food safety standards, and hospitality industry best practices. Foster a welcoming atmosphere by delivering exceptional customer service and resolving guest concerns promptly. Conduct interviews for hiring new team members and participate in staff recruitment efforts to build a strong team foundation. Qualifications Proven management experience in quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining establishments with supervisory responsibilities. Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen management. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with cash handling is essential. Strong background in food safety standards, inventory control, and food handling procedures. Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in staff training & development, team management, and supervising diverse teams. Previous experience in restaurant management or hospitality management roles; assistant manager experience is highly valued. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interview candidates effectively and foster a positive work environment.
