Duties Lead and manage the restaurant team, providing clear direction, coaching, and support to maximize performance Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment, merchandising, and inventory control to ensure product availability and presentation standards are met Supervise daily store operations, including cash handling, cashiering, POS system management, and shift management Conduct employee orientation, training & development sessions to enhance team skills in customer service, and operational procedures Monitor sales goals and develop strategies to meet or exceed targets through effective management of sales activities and promotional initiatives Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational standards across all store functions Requirements Proven management experience within the retail industry, including supervising teams in a fast-paced environment Strong knowledge of retail math, pricing strategies, and sales management principles Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly desirable Experience with retail store product knowledge, merchandising, stocking procedures, and operational management Ability to lead with confidence in employee orientation, training & development initiatives while fostering teamwork and motivation Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively using time management techniques Basic math skills for cash handling, budgeting tasks, and retail math calculations Familiarity with grocery store or similar retail environments is a plus; experience with phone etiquette and customer service excellence is essential Demonstrated leadership qualities with previous assistant manager or managerial roles in retail settings; supervisory experience is required Knowledge of retail industry sales team management practices combined with excellent managerial communication skills Join us as we strive to deliver outstanding shopping experiences by empowering our teams through effective leadership!
