Responsibilities:
Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations. Supervise and train team members to meet performance goals. Ensure high standards for food quality, customer service, and cleanliness. Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed. Assist in scheduling and payroll processing. Resolve customer issues and ensure guest satisfaction. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Basic understanding of financials, such as labor costs and sales goals. High school diploma or equivalent.
