Part-Time Housekeeper & Household Manager — Palencia Area $20/hour | 3-4 weekdays per week | Approximately 3 hours per visit We're a busy family in the Palencia area looking for a reliable, thoughtful person to help us keep our home clean and running smoothly. We'd love to find someone who can become a regular part of our weekday routine—someone who takes pride in a clean home, notices what needs attention, and enjoys helping a family stay organized. What you'd help with Regular cleaning of the kitchen, bathrooms, floors, bedrooms, and living areas, with more detailed cleaning twice a month General tidying and organization, including dishes and keeping everyday spaces looking good Changing bed linens, washing towels, and putting away or hanging up clothes returned by our laundry service Scheduling the laundry pickup and drop-off Dropping off and picking up dry cleaning and Amazon returns (all within 3 minutes of the house) Simple meal prep Watering plants inside and on the lanai Keeping an eye on household supplies and ordering approved items from Amazon when they're running low Calling an approved contractor or handyman to schedule a visit when something needs attention We already use a laundry service for most clothing, so this role does not involve washing the family's regular laundry. We provide the cleaning supplies. We also have a friendly family dog, so you'll need to be comfortable around pets but do not need to take care of him. The schedule We'd like help on three to four weekdays each week, ideally four, for about three hours per visit during school hours. We do not need evenings or weekends. We can agree on consistent days and times together. Who we're looking for You're dependable, comfortable working independently, and able to balance cleaning with smaller household tasks. Prior experience cleaning homes is important. You'll need reliable transportation for occasional nearby errands and be able to provide references.
