Job Description Let's start out with a quick description of the restaurant. We are a family owned restaurant with a working husband/wife team that has built a thriving business. Open 11-7 Monday-Saturday, and always closed on Sundays. Fast casual is the style of service, Customers order at a counter and have a seat before a server brings their food directly to their table. We have grown extremely busy, especially in the last couple of years and have decided we need to build a management team to help us maintain the level of service we have always prided ourselves for. Both Front of the House and Back of the House work will be required. While you will not be tied to any particular station, You will do everything from taking orders to helping the kitchen when they need help pushing out a rush. We also do a fair amount of catering and being aware of what needs to be done will be a must. This is BBQ and people want great food and fast service from people who care about doing things the right way. It is as straight forward as that. Just under 50 hours a week, starting 11am until closing and getting out between 8-9pm most of the time. Both the Pay and Responsibilities can be expanded if we find someone who is both right for us and who has the ambition to strive for more in the future.
