PREREQUISITES

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred

Experience:

3-5 years of successful, operational management experience in a restaurant environment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Must be an excellent communicator with great interpersonal and conflict resolution skills. Basic math and accounting with strong analytical/decision-making skills are imperative. Demonstrated ability to hire, coach and develop staff is critical. Computer knowledge is essential.

Physical:

Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed and to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register. This position requires bending, standing and walking the entire workday.
