Duties Lead and supervise the bar staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management to foster a motivated and efficient team Oversee food preparation and beverage service to ensure consistency, quality, and presentation that meet brand standards Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and reducing waste to maximize profitability Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate cash handling, order processing, and sales reconciliation Enforce food safety protocols and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations to guarantee guest safety Coordinate shift management by assigning tasks, overseeing service flow, and resolving any operational issues promptly Conduct staff interviews, onboarding, and ongoing training to develop skills in food handling, customer service, and team leadership Experience Proven management experience in food service or hospitality environments with a focus on bar operations or casual dining settings Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and beverage service including bar experience and catering experience Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS along with cash handling procedures Strong background in supervising teams within quick service & fast food restaurants or fine dining establishments Experience in inventory control, budgeting, profit & loss analysis, and food safety management practices Demonstrated ability to lead staff training programs focused on culinary skills, customer service excellence, and operational efficiency Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of hospitality Join us as a Bar Manager where your leadership fuels an energetic atmosphere that delights guests while fostering a collaborative team environment.
