MANAGER- Michelin-Recommended Growing Brand Second Location Coming Tralia Pizza is a Michelin-recommended pizzeria with a strong reputation for quality food, hospitality, and an elevated guest experience. As we prepare to open our second location , we are looking for an experienced Restaurant General Manager to help lead our team and play a key role in our continued growth. This is an opportunity for a hands-on hospitality leader who wants to build a team, drive results, develop people, and grow with an expanding restaurant brand.

THE OPPORTUNITY

The General Manager will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the restaurant, including guest experience, team leadership, staffing, training, sales, labor, food quality, cost control, and operational standards. As Tralia Pizza expands, this position offers the opportunity to grow into a multi-unit leadership role for the right person.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and manage all daily restaurant operations Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop team members Create a strong culture of hospitality, accountability, and teamwork Maintain exceptional food quality and service standards Ensure consistent execution of Tralia Pizza recipes, procedures, and brand standards Manage labor, scheduling, and staffing levels Monitor food costs, waste, inventory, and controllable expenses Drive sales and profitability Handle guest concerns professionally and effectively Maintain health, safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house leadership Conduct pre-shift meetings and ongoing team training Analyze restaurant performance and identify opportunities for improvement Help develop systems and procedures as Tralia Pizza expands Lead by example and remain actively involved on the restaurant floor Assist with the opening and development of our second location

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for a proven restaurant leader , not simply someone who can manage a schedule.

The ideal candidate has:

3+ years of restaurant management experience Experience managing a full-service or high-volume restaurant Strong leadership and communication skills Experience hiring, training, and developing employees Strong understanding of labor and food-cost management A track record of improving sales and restaurant performance Exceptional hospitality and guest-service skills Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities High standards for food quality and cleanliness A hands-on management style Professionalism, reliability, and accountability A passion for great food and hospitality Pizza or Italian restaurant experience is a strong plus.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Salary:

$70,000- $80,000 annually
