Responsibilities Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and staff coordination Supervise and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer experiences while maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness Manage shift schedules, monitor inventory levels, and control food costs through effective inventory management practices Ensure accurate cash handling procedures and proper use of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for transactions Support staff training and development initiatives to enhance skills in food handling, cooking techniques, and customer service excellence Enforce compliance with health regulations, food safety standards, and company policies across all areas of restaurant operations Handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction and foster positive relationships Experience Proven experience in food service management or supervisory roles within quick service or fast food restaurants Strong background in kitchen management, food production, and culinary techniques with a focus on quality control Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS is highly desirable Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in staff training, interviewing, and team management Knowledge of inventory control, budgeting, and food safety protocols within the hospitality or restaurant industry Prior casual dining or fine dining experience is advantageous; banquet or catering experience is a plus Excellent communication skills with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and fostering a positive team environment Join us as an Assistant Manager to lead with energy, inspire your team, and create memorable dining experiences!
