Slicing meats and cheeses on deli slicers, making sandwiches, serving and packaging prepared foods from showcase, maintaining a clean and safe environment within the department. Restock and replenish food items for sale in showcase. Assist manager with ordering and inventory control. Assist manager with staff coverage of department.
