Room for growth within the company, as we plan to open more stores in Florida! Hire and train all new employees Mentor, coach, and develop team members into top talent Be a true leader to the entire team Open and close the store, in accordance with store operations guidelines Assist with Marketing and obtaining new Catering orders Host catering events and special events Bake cookies throughout the day, as needed Assist Bakery Manager with mixing large batches of cookies from scratch, according to company's recipes Manages and fulfills all delivery app orders and ensure order accuracy Assist with store organization and inventory rotation Places inventory and supplies orders through Sysco and other systems Close register at end of night Ensures the front is running smoothly during rushes Greets customers in a courteous manner as they enter the store Applies knowledge of the company products and assists customers through the ordering process Manages Team Members to ensure they are following all policies and procedures Takes orders and prepares menu items promptly and in accordance with customer requests. Applies knowledge of food handling requirements Operates the POS system and cash register properly with each transaction Responsible for keeping the counters and surrounding areas clean using proper cleaning procedures Ensures store is compliant with health regulations and standards at all times and follows safety procedures. Obtain ServSafe Certification Other duties, as assigned
