Overview Join our dynamic team as a Food and Beverage Manager, where your leadership will elevate the dining experience across our vibrant hospitality venues. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and manage a diverse team of culinary and service professionals. Your expertise in food preparation, restaurant management, and hospitality will drive operational excellence, foster a positive team environment, and uphold the highest standards of food safety and quality. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader passionate about the food industry to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting. Duties Lead and supervise all aspects of food and beverage operations across multiple outlets including casual dining, fine dining, catering, bars, and banquet services. Oversee staff training and development to ensure high standards of food handling, customer service, and safety procedures are consistently met. Manage inventory control processes to optimize stock levels, reduce waste, and ensure timely procurement of supplies using systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Coordinate shift management, ensuring smooth service flow during busy periods while maintaining quality standards. Implement and monitor food safety protocols in compliance with local health regulations; conduct regular kitchen inspections. Handle budgeting responsibilities including cost control, pricing strategies, and financial reporting to maximize profitability. Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members; provide ongoing coaching to foster a motivated and skilled workforce. Oversee cash handling procedures and reconcile daily sales reports accurately. Maintain excellent customer service standards by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally. Collaborate with culinary teams on menu development, food presentation, and culinary innovations to enhance guest satisfaction. Qualifications Proven management experience within the food industry, including supervising teams in quick service & fast food restaurants or fine dining establishments. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen management practices. Experience with POS systems such Micros POS; proficiency in cash handling and financial reconciliation. Demonstrated ability to manage inventory control, budgeting, and food safety compliance effectively. Excellent leadership skills with experience in staff training, development, interviewing, and performance management. Familiarity with hospitality management principles including customer service excellence and team supervision. Prior experience in restaurant management or hotel food & beverage operations preferred; casual dining or banquet experience is a plus. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and high standards of quality. Strong communication skills coupled with a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.
