Assistant Front of House Manager Tarpon Springs, FL We are looking for a motivated, hands-on Assistant Front of House Manager to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with strong restaurant experience who enjoys working directly with guests and staff while helping maintain a smooth, organized, and positive operation. The Assistant FOH Manager will work closely with management to oversee daily front-of-house operations, support and lead the service team, maintain high hospitality standards, and ensure our guests receive an excellent experience from the moment they arrive until they leave. Responsibilities

• Assist with daily Front of House operations and service
• Supervise, support, and motivate servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff
• Help maintain proper staffing and floor coverage throughout each shift
• Lead pre-shift meetings and communicate daily priorities and expectations
• Ensure excellent guest service and professionally handle guest concerns
• Monitor service quality, table flow, cleanliness, and overall restaurant presentation
• Assist with employee training, coaching, and accountability
• Help enforce company policies, service standards, dress code, and attendance expectations
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen and bar to maintain efficient communication and service
• Assist management with opening and closing procedures
• Help create a professional, respectful, and team-oriented work environment
• Step into service positions when necessary to support the team during busy periods
• Identify operational issues and proactively help management find solutions Qualifications
• Previous restaurant Front of House experience required
• Previous supervisory, lead server, shift leader, or management experience strongly preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to remain organized and professional in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable coaching employees and holding team members accountable
• Reliable, punctual, and able to lead by example
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
