In this role, you will oversee daily operations of the front-of-house team, manage customer service standards, and coordinate with kitchen staff to deliver seamless service. Your leadership will foster a welcoming environment, uphold food safety and quality standards, and drive operational excellence. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the guest experience in a dynamic dining setting, emphasizing teamwork, efficiency, and hospitality excellence. Responsibilities Supervise front-of-house staff including servers, hosts, bartenders, and support team members to ensure smooth daily operations. Train new team members on food handling, customer service protocols, POS systems such as TOAST POS, and food safety procedures. Manage shift schedules, monitor performance, and provide ongoing coaching to enhance team productivity and morale. Oversee customer interactions to ensure high levels of satisfaction through attentive service and prompt resolution of issues. Control inventory levels for front-of-house supplies, monitor stock rotation, and assist with ordering when necessary. Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems, perform cash handling duties, and reconcile daily sales reports. Collaborate with kitchen management to coordinate food preparation timing, maintain quality standards, and manage special requests or catering orders. Ensure compliance with health regulations related to food safety management and sanitation practices. Analyze profit and loss reports to identify opportunities for operational improvements and cost control. Monitor and reply to all Google Reviews. Skills Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with a strong background in food preparation and customer service. Extensive knowledge of POS systems for efficient transaction processing. Demonstrated leadership skills in supervising teams, training staff, and managing hospitality operations. Strong understanding of food safety management, inventory control, budgeting, and food industry standards. Excellent communication skills for managerial roles including interviewing, creating staff schedules, staff training & development, and managerial communication. Ability to handle cash accurately while maintaining high levels of customer service under pressure. Experience in managing hospitality teams within casual dining or fine dining settings; banquet or catering experience is a plus. Basic math skills for financial analysis including profit & loss management and budgeting tasks. Knowledge of food handling regulations along with culinary or kitchen management experience preferred.
