Job Description
Lead front-of-house dining at The Wanderers Club, a vibrant private club serving Wellington's multigenerational community. As Food and Beverage Manager, you will guide service teams, coordinate with Culinary, oversee reservations, inventory, payroll reporting, and daily operations, and ensure every member interaction reflects exceptional standards. You will coach employees, lead pre-shift meetings, solve problems quickly, and maintain safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate brings two years of management experience in a club, hotel, specialty restaurant, or banquet setting, with proven success serving weddings and special events, strong financial awareness, excellent communication, and a hands-on leadership style that inspires accountability.
