Job Summary To Apply for this Job Click Here We are seeking a motivated and hospitality-driven Assistant General Manager to help lead the opening of an exciting new upscale fast-casual restaurant concept. This role offers the opportunity to play a key leadership role in building a team, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and supporting day-to-day operations in a high-energy, guest-focused environment. Assistant General Manager Compensation and Benefits Base salary $50k - $58k depending on experience Monthly performance bonus opportunities Health, Dental, and Vision insurance Retirement plan with company contribution Paid Time Off including vacation, sick time, and holidays Opportunity to be part of a new restaurant opening leadership team Career growth opportunities with a growing hospitality group Assistant General Manager Qualifications 2+ years of restaurant management experience in full-service or upscale fast casual environments Proven ability to support daily restaurant operations and lead teams in a fast-paced environment Experience with scheduling, inventory management, ordering, and cost controls Strong leadership and coaching skills with a focus on team development Hands-on leadership style with a willingness to work alongside the team Passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences Ability to travel for 6 weeks of training in Houston, TX prior to opening Assistant General Manager Responsibilities Support the General Manager in overseeing all restaurant operations Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training team members for a successful new store opening Ensure exceptional guest experiences and maintain high service standards Help manage labor scheduling, inventory control, and operational performance Lead by example on the floor while coaching and developing team members Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and operational excellence Assist with financial performance by supporting cost controls and revenue goals
