General Manager Location:
Wesley Chapel, FL Salary:
$75K-$85K Base + Quarterly Bonuses ($10K-$25K annually) We're looking for an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead all aspects of restaurant operations for a successful upscale casual dining concept. Responsibilities Lead front and back of house operations Hire, coach and develop managers and staff Drive sales and profitability Manage labor, food cost and budgets Deliver exceptional guest experiences Maintain health and safety compliance Manage inventory and vendor relationships Analyze financial performance and KPIs Build a positive team culture Qualifications 5+ years restaurant management experience 3+ years in upscale or polished casual dining Strong P&L and budget management Experience leading high-volume restaurant teams Excellent leadership and communication skills Hospitality degree preferred Compensation & Benefits $75K-$85K base Quarterly performance bonuses Medical Dental Vision Life Insurance 401(k) Match PTO
