Situated within The Nora Hotel, the restaurant will seamlessly blend the energy of a classic Parisian brasserie with the relaxed sophistication of South Florida. Featuring an expansive indoor-outdoor dining experience, lush design elements, and the signature warmth that has defined the brand for decades, Pastis will offer guests an inviting destination for all-day dining, exceptional French fare, and spirited hospitality. Building on its legacy in New York, Miami, Washington, D.C., and Nashville, Pastis is poised to become a cornerstone of West Palm Beach's evolving culinary landscape. Pastis West Palm Beach is seeking an Assistant General Manager to join its opening team! About the
Role:
Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Assistant General Manager will play a key role in running day-to-day service, delivering exceptional guest experience, hiring and training staff, and ensuring overall operational excellence. Success in this role requires a hands-on, hospitality-driven leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about building high-performing teams and creating memorable guest experiences.

Desired Qualifications:
A minimum of 4 years of progressive restaurant management experience in a high volume, service-driven restaurant In-depth knowledge of proper professional service techniques and dining room organization Proficient in restaurant finances and recordkeeping (P&L/budget/food & labor costs) Strong computer skills with the ability to learn and teach new systems Ability to exact and maintain high service standards Excellent communication and critical thinking skills Experience hiring, training, and mentoring diverse hourly staff A love for French cuisine & culture Pastis is an equal-opportunity employer.
