Huey Magoo's Chicken Tenders in Yulee is looking for a motivated, hardworking, and experienced Assistant General Manager (AGM) to join our growing team! We're looking for someone who leads by example, takes pride in delivering excellent guest experiences, and knows how to motivate a team while maintaining high operational standards. As an Assistant General Manager, you'll work closely with the General Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, develop team members, and help drive the overall success of the restaurant. Key Responsibilities Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations. Lead, coach, and develop team members to deliver outstanding guest service. Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and food safety. Help manage labor, food costs, inventory, and overall restaurant profitability. Assist with employee scheduling, training, and performance management. Ensure company policies and operational procedures are consistently followed. Create a positive, energetic, and team-oriented work environment. Take ownership of restaurant performance and lead by example during every shift. What We're Looking For Previous restaurant management experience required. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Understanding of restaurant labor management, food costs, and inventory control. Dependable, organized, and willing to lead from the front. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays. A positive attitude and a passion for hospitality.

Compensation & Growth Opportunities Starting Pay:
