Job Summary To Apply for this Job Click Here Assistant General Manager | Upscale Casual Dining $75,000 - $90,000 Base Salary + Bonus We are partnering with a rapidly growing upscale casual restaurant group seeking a hands-on Restaurant Manager to join its leadership team. What You'll Do Lead daily restaurant operations while ensuring exceptional guest experiences Coach, train, and develop Front-of-House and Back-of-House team members Maintain high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety Support hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and labor management initiatives Conduct pre-shift meetings and ongoing employee development Partner with senior leadership to drive operational excellence Create a positive, energetic, and accountable team culture What We're Looking For Minimum 4+ years of restaurant management experience Experience in a full-service restaurant environment with annual sales volumes of $7 million or greater Strong leadership and team development skills Proven history of career progression and stability Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction Ability to lead both dining room and kitchen operations Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills High-energy, hands-on leadership style Ideal Background We are particularly interested in leaders coming from: Upscale Casual Dining Polished Casual Dining High-Volume Full-Service Restaurants Scratch Kitchen Concepts Successful candidates are team-focused leaders who enjoy developing people, creating great guest experiences, and building long-term careers with growing organizations.
