Located in Atlanta's Peachtree Hills area, our neighborhood restaurant and pub offers a relaxed atmosphere with indoor dining and outdoor patio seating. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who enjoys developing employees, maintaining service standards, managing costs, and creating a welcoming environment for guests. This role requires strong organizational skills, sound business judgment, and the ability to lead a team through busy lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch services. Responsibilities Oversee daily restaurant and pub operations, including opening, closing, and service readiness. Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise front-of-house employees. Support coordination between servers, bartenders, hosts, and kitchen staff. Maintain high standards of guest service, food quality, cleanliness, and hospitality. Address guest feedback and resolve service issues professionally. Monitor inventory, place supply orders, and help control food and beverage costs. Review sales performance, labor expenses, and operating reports to support business goals. Ensure compliance with applicable food safety, sanitation, alcohol-service, and workplace regulations. Coordinate staffing and service preparations for weekend brunch, special occasions, and busy shifts. Maintain accurate records, manage cash-handling procedures, and communicate operational updates to ownership. Encourage teamwork, accountability, and consistent performance throughout the restaurant. Qualifications Previous restaurant, pub, bar, or hospitality management experience preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and employee-development skills. Knowledge of restaurant operations, scheduling, inventory management, and cost control. Excellent customer service and conflict-resolution abilities. Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic sales reporting. Understanding of food safety and responsible alcohol-service requirements. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
