  • Oversee all daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations. Manage and control food costs, beverage costs, labor costs, and overall operating expenses.
  • Monitor inventory, purchasing, and waste to maximize profitability.
  • Analyze sales, labor, and financial reports to meet company goals.
  • Lead, train, coach, and develop management and hourly team members.
  • Recruit, hire, schedule, and retain high-performing employees.
  • Ensure outstanding customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
  • Maintain all health, sanitation, and food safety standards.
  • Oversee bar operations, including beer, liquor, wine, and beverage cost control.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Create a positive, accountable, and team-oriented work environment.
  • Work closely with ownership to achieve sales and profitability goals.
