STORE MANAGER JOB DESCRIPTION
Bizarre Coffee is a Coffee Shop + Local Cafe with 4 locations around North Metro Atlanta , that specializes in making people's day, everyday. We do this by providing excellent freshly roasted coffee, hand crafted specialty drinks, made-to-order food, and extraordinary customer service in a space that is warm and welcoming to all. We are looking for an amazing human who is a leader, an amazing communicator, flexible, adaptable and looking to grow with us. As a Store Manager you are in charge of the entire operation and working with the owners and operators to make sure that all components of the business are running efficiently and effectively. This includes day to day flow of the business, managing a team, monitoring costs, inventory, ordering etc. Your responsibilities will include interviewing, hiring and developing new team members, ensuring an extraordinary customer experience, leading and developing our AGM and working with them on day to day tasks, inventory management and quality control. To be successful in this role, you should have strong communication and multi-tasking skills, work well in a very fast-paced environment, be a critical thinker who can make decisions quickly and solve problems efficiently, and have a love for all things coffee and restaurants. You should be able to work 8+ hour shifts, early mornings, weekends and some holidays.
Ideal Candidate:
This person should understand the importance of company culture and consistently foster that into new and current employees. This person should have all the qualities of a strong leader (accountability, communication, common sense, humility, integrity, etc…), along with a passion for coffee. This person should be a critical thinker. This person should feel comfortable delagating tasks and monitoring that they are being completed. This person should have a passion for developing and coaching team members using a firm, yet supportive and compassionate approach. This person should also have a strong passion for customer service and creating the best possible experience for each of our customers. This person should understand the flow of a restaurant and have expeirenced it themselves.
Qualifications:
Must have 3+ years restaurant or equivalent of restaurant manager experience . High volume experience preferred. Must be dependable Must be detail

Must have flexible availability and be able to work early mornings, weekends and some holidays Must have the ability to be coachable and adaptable. Especially with change. Must be ServSafe Certified (if you're not already, we will help) Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 40+ lbs Must be a communication wizard Must be able to work full time
Responsibilities:
Manage the full operations of the restaurant Schedule the stations with the help of the assistant managers Interviewing, hiring and onboarding all new employees Lead employee reviews, check ins, performance evaluations, disciplinary meetings, staff meetings Maintain all machine maintenance and scheduling Adhere to all company policies and ensure team is following them as well Lead company culture and standards in everything you do Lead by example and aid team members within their stations - should be fully knowledgeable in all stations Training in the art of selling Developing your team through thoughtful interactions, respect and kindness Report to owners and other leadership team members frequently
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
