Job Summary The Operations Manager Assistant / Move Operations Supervisor plays a critical role in promoting and protecting the
TWO MEN AND A TRUCK
® brand by overseeing daily moving operations, supervising movers and drivers, ensuring brand and safety compliance, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This position leads by example, supports field operations, manages scheduling and dispatch, and serves as the primary on-call contact for movers and drivers. Key Responsibilities Operations & Dispatch Review upcoming moves, set daily schedules, and run dispatch operations Review customer reply cards, sales reports, activity reports, and performance data to measure productivity and identify areas for improvement for the crew and the company as a whole Handle all day-of-move issues and communicate relevant information to supervisor Conduct in-person spot checks and mid-move callback calls to ensure quality and customer satisfaction Oversee crate moves and storage moves in and out of all company facilities Supervision & Training Serve as the direct supervisor for all movers and drivers within all 3 franchises Train movers and drivers in the field and conduct on-the-job (OTJ) training and retraining as needed Administer road tests to all prospective drivers and continued training for crew with updated company policies and changes Conduct pre-scheduled interviews and begin the onboarding process for new hires Fleet, Equipment & Facility Management Inventory trucks and equipment weekly Complete minor truck and equipment repairs (scratch touch ups, floor boards fixes etc.) when able and report major damage immediately to the supervisor Ensure trucks remain compliant with

® brand standard, including cleanliness in and touch-ups Maintain a clean office, warehouse, and parking lot Administrative & Support Duties Assist with administrative tasks including printing job paperwork, close-outs, collecting payments, data entry, filing, and reporting Run errands as needed, including picking up supplies, delivering box orders, shuttling trucks or movers, bank runs, and handling damage retrievals or minor onsite repairs Serve as the on-call contact for movers and drivers anytime they are still on the road. ® Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Operations Manager, General Manager, or Franchisee Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field is preferred Minimum of 3 years of business, management, or relevant experience required Experience with

Occasional lifting of up to 100 pounds may be required. Minimal travel is expected but may be necessary for training purposes. $850.00 - $1,000.00 per week
