Asst F&B Manager

Job Description

Amicalola Falls State Park & Lodge is seeking an Assistant F&B Manager to help with overseeing the Front of House daily operations of our beautiful Cascades Restaurant, and Catering. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for ensuring efficient restaurant operations, maintaining high-quality customer service, managing staff, and maximizing profitability.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee day-to-day operations, including staff supervision, customer service, and inventory management. 2. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. 3. Recruit, train, and manage restaurant staff. 4. Assisting with developing and implementing strategies to enhance restaurant sales and profitability. 5. Handle customer inquiries, comments, and complaints in a professional manner. 6. Monitor food quality and restaurant cleanliness.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the restaurant industry. 2. Strong leadership and organizational skills. 3. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. 4. Knowledge of food safety regulations. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure. 6. Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
