Job Description

Shift Manager / Server - Boca2 Colombian Fast Food Boca2 Colombian Fast Food is looking for a responsible, friendly, and motivated Shift Manager / Server to join our team. We are looking for someone with strong customer service skills, leadership abilities, and experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This position includes serving customers, supporting daily operations, and helping lead the team during assigned shifts.
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service Take customer orders and assist guests Lead and support the team during assigned shifts Help manage daily restaurant operations Assist with opening, closing, and shift organization Handle customer questions or concerns professionally Make sure food quality, cleanliness, and service standards are met Support the team during busy hours Help maintain a positive and organized work environment
Requirements:
Previous restaurant or fast food experience preferred Server and/or shift lead experience is a plus Must be bilingual in English and Spanish Must speak Spanish fluently and confidently Responsible, punctual, and organized Positive attitude and strong communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Must have weekend availability
