Responsibilities:

Support daily restaurant operations and ensure consistent execution of company standards Lead and motivate front-of-house and back-of-house team members Coach, develop, and mentor hourly employees to build a strong team culture Deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining high service standards Assist with managing labor, food costs, inventory, and overall restaurant profitability Ensure smooth and efficient shifts in a high-volume environment Support recruiting, onboarding, training, and retention efforts Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming restaurant environment Partner with the General Manager and leadership team to achieve operational goals

Qualifications:

2+ years of restaurant management experience Experience in high-volume casual dining preferred Strong leadership and team development skills Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Understanding of restaurant operations, labor management, and cost controls Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
